Reference File (.REF)
This is a comma-sperated ASCII file that contains the references for liked name cases. No duplicate reference identification numbers are allowed. This file may be modified through an API. Follow the link to the Software Development Kit (SDK) for more information.
The header of this file is as follows:

Short Description (String)
Long Description (String)
"Reference","Short Description","Long Description"
0,"No Value","No Value"
Each file contains a zero reference ID with the Short Descripton and the Long Descrpition both containing "No Value" as shown above. The Short Description and the Long Description may not be duplicated together.
