Chemical Terrestrial TRVs File (CCT)

The Chemical Terrestrial TRVs output can be found in the GID file. Each database must format its specification output to match the format of the GID file. One and only one CCT database specification can exist per site within the GID file. There are two parts within the specification, one contains the database owners specific parameters and the other contains the specification parameters below.


    Conservatism (String) - Degree of conservatism
    Derivation (String) - Derivation method used
    Description (String) - SSL description
    Effect (String) - Effect
    Jurisdiction (String) - Lab jurisdiction
    LanduseUseApplicability (String) - Type of land use applicability
    NumJurisdiction (Integer) - Number of Lab jurisdictions
    NumTRV (Integer) - Number of Toxicity Reference Values
    Score (Integer) - Qualitative score
    SoilTypeApplicability (String) - Type of soil applicability
    TestSubject (String) - Test subject
    TRV (Float) - Toxicity Reference Value
    UniqueClass (String) - The class of organism
The minimum specifications from the above list are: at least one TRV, NumTRV, NumJurisdiction,UniqueClass, ChemList.CASID, TerrestrialOrganism.Class.
